Workplace Behaviours Training
This four module Workplace Behaviours Training is a comprehensive introduction for anyone to the corporate workplace.
The aim of this training is to help you (or your staff) identify behaviours that are acceptable and unacceptable within your workplace.
Throughout this training, you will read scenarios and examples of various behaviours in the workplace. These will give you context to the lesson information. They will also provide an opportunity for you to consider not only your behaviour but the behaviour of others in the workplace and how to act accordingly.
The modules include:
-Code of conduct
-Acceptable behaviours in the workplace
-Discrimination, harassment and bullying
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Define the code of conduct and explain the expected standards of performance, behaviour, professionalism and integrity required by all workers
- Define bullying, harassment and discrimination and identify their differences and impacts, and
- Explain the appropriate use of social media in the workplace.
